I really liked how crunchy the pork cutlet was, it looks like beef but I think it's pork. The ramen was nice and soft and complemented well. I don't like the sauce but I dipped it in Sweet Sour sauce and I preferred that way better. Their fried chicken is great but it is a little pricey. Not the same Ajisen I used to enjoy. Tried onece in Colima, the premium pork ramen, its very far from it used to be the taste and aroma. Hope they improve back...
