I really do not know how this restaurant is so highly rated. The service was good but the food was not. I ordered the Chile relleno plate. It came with rice and beans. Sadly, the flavor of the food was nasty. It tasted like cleaner. Like the cleaner they use to clean the counters and tables. Other than that flavor, the rice and beans were simply not good.
