We ate dinner twice at Auberge de la Providence during our recent stay in Saint-Donat. The three-course dinner was very reasonably priced as were the a la carte items. The food is fresh and tasty, and even the house wine is excellent. Our hosts were eager to please. Saint-Donat is a bit off the beaten track, but is a good choice if staying nearby.
