Always good food. Staff is almost always friendly, understanding of special orders and helpful. Big, clean store that is connected to a Caribou Coffee shop on the inside. Outdoor seating available too. Is often busy, but line moves quick, when it is. View all feedback.

We waited for 45 minutes because we love the Bagels so much! We recognize the current personnel problems, but perhaps a better system would help to move things further. I also feel for the employees. If a person could be destined to check, make eggs etc. and the rest to assemble sandwiches. Or turn off mobile orders when there are long lines in the store or at least Saturday morning.
