"Worst customer service experience ever. Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience. Actually, I didn't want to come in today. But I slept and I needed breakfast, that wasn't fat like McDonald?s. Mara finished side work and did not even recognize me. When she came to me, she never said, me? I was there three weeks ago and a man was in front of me. Lily helped him right away. When she came to me, she said, "Wait?" and on with side work. A male employee actually helped me. And then the next person who showed up was a man. Lily left what she did to help him. When she confronted Lily today that she was rude to me and Mara was rude to me; instead of apologising, she got defense. She claimed I was the one who was rude and mean. Although she raised her voice to me. I'm my mother? I'm not taking this treatment. I have already written an email to companies and I will write a letter directly to the president of the company. Don't go here. At least I have free bagels."

"Wonderful first experience at this new place! We had the potatoes, cauliflower and beef heart pastrami sandwich. All were excellent. The sandwich melted in your mouth with a wonderful kick and the cauliflower is served chilled which was surprising, perfectly cooked and delicious! Their ipa was so refreshing and they even have an old fashioned on tap which I’m not a connoisseur of but my husband said was very good as well. The service was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Party of 8 from out of town an bill was over 80.00. Server took order and didn't no who got what. Less than 10 ppl n restaurant. Food was bland an eggs overcooked. Did remake an they were better. Waited to pay an had to finally go up. Server was cooking an cashing us out. No gloves on. No toilet paper so used the paper towels. Not a good experience Meal type: Breakfast"

"It's definitely a dive bar. The jalapeño cheese curds were nothing special, but the house burger was nothing short of amazing with a fresh toasted bun, perfectly grilled beef, and gooey melted cheese. At $10.50, the price was very reasonable compared to other high end burgers in town. I recommend this place and will be coming back."
