Penny's (when it was at its old location) was always a great place for a sandwich and coffee, and even a take-home frozen dinner. Now over at the Golf Course, I feel it's gone downhill. Tried it out with some friends for dinner, and the food was just okay, the service was very slow (we were a group of 8), and the atmosphere was tacky.
