Very pleasant restaurant near the main square. Do not visit too early in the evening as it will be nearly empty as the locals eat quite late. The food was of extremely good quality. A very favourable location just a short distance back from the Plaza. El Solar has excellent waiters, enjoyable food and after a month of wandering about the NW of Argentina from Mendoza, this was the first restaurant to offer us a glass of complementary Champagne on seating.
