The ribs had a delicious caramelized finish it was so good I had to eat it without the sauce. Best potato salad I've ever had. And they are not greedy. The bbq sauce was good. It was worth the money. Brisket was tender but lacked any standalone flavor. The smoke was very heavy but could taste the white creosote smoke. Ribs should have been cooked longer and the beans were crispy.
