"We had a early dinner. I had the sirloin and ribs combo and my wife had chicken fried sirloin .The meal was delicious and we with the salad and baked potato we had enough for take home. Topped off with the brownies and ice cream made it perfect. Our waitress was top notch with excellent service and friendly attitude. We will surely be going back. Thanks for a enjoyable experience."

"Brisket was tender but lacked any standalone flavor. The smoke was very heavy but could taste the white creosote smoke. Ribs should have been cooked longer and the beans were crispy. Need to cook longer or not add salt while they cook. Potato salad tasted like what you get from store. Even the bread was a bit dry. Now this was my first visit and I always give a place 2x. (For the owner) don't be afraid to add more pop to your ruble and apply heavily.. all meats should stand on their own with no sauce."

"The restaurant is so nice and clean , kudos to the employees , food is good ribs and brisket are so good . A little skimpy on the side of potato salad but other than that . We will eat there again."

"Omg I think this is the best BBQ in San Angelo. I've tried all the other places, and they don't compare to Bubba's. The smoke flavor and seasonings are on point. You should definitely try the green beans a potato salad. It's delicious."

"My wife and I were excited to finally eat here! We ordered the quail as an appetizer, rack of lamb, and aged sirloin. The quail was great but not $18 great. The chipotle glaze that came with the dish was amazing. I don’t regret ordering, but wouldn’t do it again. My sirloin was steak was ordered medium rare and cooked to perfection. However, it wasn’t as tender or as flavorful as the sirloin from Texas Roadhouse. My wife said her lamb was excellent, and I’ll take her word for it as lamb isn’t my thing. Overall our experience was wonderful, but for $103 it’s not one that has me running back for more immediately."

"Drive-Through line was long (it was noon on Saturday), so we went in and I'm so glad we made it! Large grill, family-oriented place, very friendly and helpful people. Iced tea was excellent, potato salad was Fab, and brisket! All right."
