Gin Ga is one of my favorite South Bay Sushi restaurants. All of their dishes are crafted with love and attention to details. We love letting the chefs create what ever they want. This is one of the few places close to our house in the Evergreen area. We reached the place and stood at least 15 minutes to be seated , the restaurant was half empty . The waitress kept on saying 2 mins and tried to ignore us at every eye contact. I can imagine they might be short staffed or too busy, but seating a customer is a 30 sec thing.
