"When we left, the place was full. There were a number of people waiting (determined a good sign). Waiting was very short and def worth it. Huge portions, excellent aromas. Service was also fantastic (especially with how busy they were)."

"This is the place we always come to celebrate special occasions since a lot of our family members are vegetarians. They have semi-private room for events. It is a good treat because they are a well craft vegan food that incorporates a variety of different cuisines. The food is always fresh, tasty and the staff are super welcoming. It is a high end vegan food that is worth every single bite!"

"I stayed from June 19th to June 22nd at the Hotel Valencia Santana Row. Location is great and the rooms are perfectly fitting for a few days stay. Unfortunately, I have to give a overall one star rating because of the service not been wroth the term service. It’s somewhere between horrible and pathetic. When leaving my room and checking out I left a pair of slacks and two blouses in the closet. I called the front desk just a few hours after checking out and told them about my incident and asked them to secure my clothes. I was told they would do so and get back to me but they never did. I called several more times over the next couple weeks and every time I was told by the front desk staff that check and get back to me. Once again never happend. That kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable for Hotel in that price category. I was on a business trip and the hotel was heavily recommended by our business partner. After that experience I will let them know that they maybe should recommend other hotels in the future. Since it’s hard to find an actual front desk phone number or email to directly contact hotel management I would accept that at least somebody now gets back to me."

"The figgy pizza was great, and even just generic pepperoni was quite awesome. We got a huge order for pickup during a massive rush, so a couple of items weren't included, but we called and it was resolved politely. I've been getting pizza here for a few years when I'm in town and they always have very good selection and some unusual choices. Their wings are fat, juicy and amazing. The BBQ sauce isn't spicy hot at all, but if you needed to add some heat it seems like it could mix great with anything you want for some zing. The location is always tidy, but often crowded. The outdoor seating was closed during the rain, but would be an excellent spot to hang out with friends. The food is great, nothing was greasy or undercooked and their crusts are one of my faves. Not wafer thin, but no excessive dough."

"Great food, great beer and even better atmosphere if you are looking for a place to host a group to watch football. We showed up with a rather large group of people and could still sit together even though some other groups had called before. Definitely recommend this place, especially for playoff games."

"Ma's our restaurant. Her lamb and her onions are amazing. Boiled fish is also great. I never had a blazing court here. Everything is well prepared, quickly served by friendly, attentive staff. Always a great experience. They also take out what we use. I definitely recommend."
