Inside is fairly clean, busy with wall to wall people. I ordered a double decaf expresso in a tall cup and added 1/2&1/2 it has a sweet bitter bold creamy taste that I expect out of my expresso but has some notes that seemed off for my palate. I've had nothing but bad luck with Peet's, which is sad because I like their actual coffee better than most places. Unfortunately at both locations I've tried in San Jose they can't make a cappuccino to save their lives. The drink I got today seemed to be just coffee with milk and foam.
