"This is a wonderful gem in the neighborhood. Inside is a lovely and quaint cafe. The owner was so friendly and offered me a sample of one of her wonderful cookies. Despite being on busy Bascom Ave, t's very quiet and peaceful in here. I love supporting local businesses so this one is at the top of my list. I tried their iced Almond Spiced Latte and it was so good. Not overpowering in sweetness with a robust espresso finish. Their almond croissant was light and flaky with a beautiful filling. Highly recommend!"

"I asked for a fresh batch of 13 cookies at the drive thru, they try handing me an old batch that 's probably been sitting there for a couple hours. So I asked them for a fresh batch politely and when I was told to park and it 'd be 4 minutes, I said, Yeahno problem but when I sent them back, I heard one of the ladies say something irritatedly. I went to park and not 10 secondslater, the lady comes outside, with another waiting and watching at the door, then she hands me the cookies, but I could tell,by the way she sped off after handing them, that they were the same cookies, just warmed up in the microwave. I check out thecookies, the outer layer is hard and crispy, the centers are SLIGHTLY warm. The lady obviously took me for a fool and it 's veryhard not to be irritated by it, especially after I was being polite as I know it takes time to make the cookies. I will becoming back to do the same thing, and if she tries to take me for a fool again. I will be going inside to confront them aboutit."
