Great little pasta shop in downtown Saratoga. They are from the owners of Plumed Horse and even have the same Focaccia bread (this is excellent). The ambiance is a little weird. There's EDM music playing, you order from the table and pay before the food comes; although there's an option to pay after. The mushroom soup was excellent! The pasta dishes were okay. The Pasta Armellino was creamy and there were lots of crab pieces throughout. The rigatoni is just as you'd expect, a tart tomato sauce with impossible meat. Permanently closed in Saratoga. Very misleading because the yelp said that it's four stars, but...
This location is closed. (As of mid October 2023) Looking forward to trying another location.
