I had the $19 XL Deluxe beef pho and my wife had the $18 short ribs rice plate. Both we were expecting something great if we are paying those prices. Very standard. Low amount and quality of meat wasn't worth the price. Not much meat on my wife's plate and the extra veggies that they mentioned on the menu was non-existing. Not going back.
