I placed an order via DoorDash. Sticky bun and brioche burger. They were out of the brioche but instead of calling me to ask if I wanted a replacement or cancel the item. They made the decision by their own and sent me bagels instead. I absolutely HATE bagel. It's heavy and hard. I don't like it at all. They not only WASTED food, but also showed ZERO care with the customer. View all feedback.
