Went with some friends for breakfast this morning and ordered the vegan hash. The only other options were Vegan banana pancakes or oatmeal, so I went with what seemed like the most interesting option. The hash itself was basically just a few slices of tofu atop a bunch of veggies and potatoes (luckily I added avo for extra flavor! and a piece of toast on the side.
