It was the NCAA championship game. I knew it would be busy so I made reservations. They told me the reservation wasn’t confirmed and I showed them it was. This was the second time they did this. After I threw a fit they sat us outside on patio with cold weather and smoking after I requested low table inside due to the fact we had a one year old with us. Got to the restaurant and was told that all reservations have been canceled. The wait for hour and a half and the manager could not do anything about it. I asked what’s the purpose of online reservations, but they kept on saying that they cannot get us in and we would have to wait for hour and a half. I left them my phone number so they can call me once a table opens up, but, of course, they never called. Nonsense. View all feedback.
