The restaurant provides excellent service with fast, courteous staff. The atmosphere is clean and the food is delicious.

My cousin and I came in for game night football, food and drinks so we reserved a table online. When we arrived, we mentioned our reservation and asked to be seated. However, we were told that they no longer use the online reservation feature and that we would have to wait to be seated.

Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings EVER! Drove 20 minutes from our hotel after getting reservations on this app. I walked up to the hostess and gave her my name and told her I had reservations for 4 people. She was extremely rude and said “Oh online? Yeah we don’t go by that! It’s first come first served. The wait will be an hour and a half.” If you aren’t going to stand by your reservations, then don’t use this app to drive your business! BWW has lost my business.

I arrived at the restaurant only to be informed that all reservations had been canceled. Despite waiting for an hour and a half, the manager was unable to accommodate us. When questioning the purpose of online reservations, we were continuously told that there was no availability and that we would have to wait. I left my phone number in hopes of being contacted once a table became available, but unfortunately, no call was ever received. Overall, a frustrating and nonsensical experience.

We had no reservations. they said that wouldn't honor it and that they cancel them asap. this is the second time this has happened. they need to be taking off open table. they are pitiful and very rude. I am considering quitting open table
