Fish ball with fish roe is q-y; mushroom pork ball is tender; shiitake mushroom is mushroomy; haidilao marinated beef taste unique and a little spicy; fried beadcurd is good as usual (to absorb the soup); pork is sliced thinly and easy to cook; prawn cake is unlike the usual, has a more crusty prata like exterior.
