I thought all the chips were gf as they were on the board as gf. for happiness I checked on request and cooked in a separate frittier. really enjoyed them. the outer seats consisted of 2 x 2 sitting from the front and the same on the rear. the only other Gf elements are fish, muddy heaps and buoys. gf essig is available, would recommend def. It’s 5 years since we last visited Bowness and one lasting memory was the fish and chips here, but , sadly yet another eatery that has fallen by the wayside. Ordered two fish and chips and within in less than two minutes the food was delivered (find it hard to say served) as was just shoved on our table so swiftly we were taken by surprise!
