Had a good conversation with the kind folks at the shop and was surprised with a cup of hot chocolate, on the house! View is superb, location is good (fronting the Ambleside Pier)."

"Visited for lunch today and this place did not disappoint. Excellent fresh food, very tasty and big portion. The burger was one of the best I've tasted and the Cajun Chicken Cheese Baguette was packed full and delicious. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Not the cheapest of lunches but I always say you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it. will visit again."
