The donuts here are consistently good and fresh in my experience over the last 10 years, but we like Kolaches a great deal, and the Kolaches are consistently sub par. Specifically the cheese is usually leaked out and the inside dry. I have been to many other Shipley's and find that this is a problem about 50% of the time. The only consistent one is on N.Main and 45 South. read more.
