"Being from the east coast and Dunkin? being a staple I have high standards for their coffee and customer service. I ordered an iced mocha with caramel. I tasted it and it didn?t taste right. So, I went back around and asked her to politely remake it. She said yes I don?t know what you ordered so I told her what it was. As I pull up to the window the lady that made my drink the first time around gave me attitude telling me she put in everything. Looking at me like what do you want me to do about it. Then the lady that remade my drink was like ?just get the other drink and give her this one? it?s not my fault that it tasted bad. I worked at Starbucks and I wouldn?t treat a customer like that. Honestly go to the Starbucks on sawdust because it?s better service and they don?t mess up your drink."

"It wasn't busy at all, it was late afternoon, I thought they were closed. They were very open. Pull through the thru drive welcomed by a smile. We asked for glazed donuts, just enough, but they were out. So instead we decided to go for some cinnamon, also ordered 2 coke. Paid and enjoyed. I would have set a 5 star, but no glazed donuts shocked me. I wanted one. But I like this part. Thanks Shipley!"
