I completely understand issues with staffing and how busy things get. I ordered something at 8:49am. I didn't get it until 9:10 and it tastes absolutely horrible. And it is so busy that I'm not going to wait another 20 minutes for another drink. The workers were very pleasant but i believe this franchise needs more staff in order to serve the demand. $6 wasted. View all feedback.
