I was shocked to find that this beautiful hotel has a separate vegan menu for dinner (pic attached). I was only here for one night so couldn’t sample everything but I had the tofu to start and the curry for main and both were exquisite. As good as you’d expect from a vegan-only place, if not better! We decided to try this after seeing they had a dedicated vegan menu with four choices for each course. However what we had was the kind of food that meat eaters make for vegans. ‘Crispy tofu with salad’ starter was just a few chunks of tofu with mixed leaves and sweet chilli sauce.
