No ice in the soda machine and out of syrup for most of the sodas. No biggie, Ive worked in the restaurant biz for years...it happens. What doesnt happen is the complete refusal to do anything about it despite having NO ONE IN LINE. Aubrey was about as rude as an employee could be.
