"Here is a sweat! ghetto and unorganized. first I placed a command by door dash that was a wrong one. After talking to the gm asia, she assured me that my order would be fixed and asked me to bring it back. After they have brought back the meal, they invite me for the new meal and then forgot other items in the bag I order. they gave me a wrong district manager. eat them at their own risk."

"Don 't get me wrong, McDonald 's french fries is what everyone 's craves. However when I have gone to this particular location on Natural Bridge and the North Oaks Shopping Center I have found their service to be lackluster.Not to mention 7 out of 10 tries your fries will be undercooked or hard and dry, wreaking of old grease. And, if you go and ask for any type of ice cream after 8 in the evening sometimes earlier they will tell you the ice cream machine is down ?Another day I pulled up in drive thru about 20 minutes before closing, a young lady tells me, I 'm sorry we 're closed. I said, you got 20 minutes. She sat there for an uncomfortable amount of time and did not reply. I didn 't said, I swear you guys should be reported this isn 't the first time you 've done this. She replied, we don 't care. ?Every time I go to the McDonald 's in North Oaks on Natural Bridge and Lucas and Hunt there is either excessively long hold times for no reason whatsoever or they close earlier than the hours of operation listed. For example, after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes the line finally moves... I pulled up to place my order and, no one waited on me for another 20 minutes! In that time 10 people behind me grew impatient after blowing their horns, (to no avail) and drove off enraged.I 've come to the conclusion that this particular location has poor management and LAZY staffing. I 'm DONE with them!"

"No ice in the soda machine and out of syrup for most of the sodas. No biggie, Ive worked in the restaurant biz for years...it happens. What doesnt happen is the complete refusal to do anything about it despite having NO ONE IN LINE. Aubrey was about as rude as an employee could be. You are better off going hungry than getting food here."

"This place has been in business for 5 years. West siders are going to say this place is on the West side. Northsiders are going to say this is on the North. Im from North so it's on the Northside. Lol Either way, I finally decide to stop on thru and was rewarded with some very good tasting food. They are known for their homemade ice cream and for selling breakfast all day during their operation hours as of this review, they are closed on Sundays and Mondays) On the day I went it was too hot for me to get ice cream as a togo item so I got :Breakfast plate with salmon Croquet 3.5/ 5: 2 nice sized patties that were well seasoned too well season for me but I can see how the majority of their customer base would like them this way.Egg over easy 3/5 good but the yolks wasn't running like it supposed to bePotatoes 5/5 smothered potatoes; best ever I had from a restaurant hands down Wheat toast; 3/5 I would have prefer white bread. Im going to ask next time if white is an option. Plain Stirfry : 5/5 noodles and sauce were on point .portion size was huge They have a loyal neighborhood customer base and the food is cooked to order; so there will be a wait time.If you are on the North, check out Ari's !!"
