I was ahead of the line and the third car in line got his food first, then the car behind me got his order before me .I ordered a veggie burger and it was burnt! Burnt side was faced down so I didn't notice till after the second bite. My onion rings were also burnt. My boyfriend ordered a double basket and his burger was also burnt.
