I was at the front of the line, yet the third car in line received their food before me, and then the car behind me got served before I did as well. I ordered a veggie burger, which turned out to be burnt. The burnt side was facing down, so I only noticed it after taking my second bite. My onion rings were also overcooked. When I need a little Midwestern comfort food, Culver's is the way to go! Whether their classic butter burgers, cheese curds, patty melts, chicken tenders (our kids favorites when they were younger) or their custard of course, their taste of the Midwest definitely satisfies. One special thing, we make sure to go every year for fish sandwiches or fish platters or fish platters during the Lenten season. You'll be surprised that how good the quality is. It's made to order and can rival some restaurant offerings.
A friend recommended that we try Culver's for their hamburgers. It's fast food style eating, but they were very tasty. Service was very good and we would definitely go back. We tried just a very simple hamburger and fries. There looked to be some other items on the menu we would try next time!
Always the best. I love their French fries ????. Custard is the best. They have full meals. Looking forward to tasting their Shrimp dinner , next time.
Food level of quality, prep and presentation has fallen greatly. Front line staff awesome but engaging managers who are under trained in customer service and over worked lack the ability to resolve product issues effectively resulting in servere loss in return customer who won't complain but simply will just chose another brand.
