It started with the waitress - she seemed dead. Didn't know how to smile and I had to ask for a spoon for my tea which the water wasn't even hot enough to melt the honey I put in. Then while eating my beef dip, I found 2 hairs in it. Very gross. And the broccoli cheese soup wasn't hot enough to melt the grated cheese put on top. Very disappointing.
