Our first restaurant bar in Marda Loop, Calgary, opened way back in 1997. It has always been a comfortable, accessible, and affordable place with a down-to-earth, down the street experience for all. We love good food experienced in the company of true friends, in an atmosphere that fits us like a well-worn pair of jeans. No pretense, no frou-frou, just craft beers, approachable wines, and tried-and-true cocktails. All served up with fresh-made comfort food that you'll crave again and again. We still hand-cut our fries, serve most of our entrees with two sides, and pour our own OJ's beer. Come sit at our bar without having to lower yours. We do allow minors, but only until 8pm.

Amazing food as always, service was horrendous. Will be a while before we ever decide to come back unfortunately. Our waitress could only be bothered with the tables full of loud obnoxious drunk men. We weren't the only table with this issue our entire section was ignored all evening. Travelling to Manitoba, stopped in at this restaurant in Swift current.. had garlic parm crispy...
Service was great.!!! Had some mini Yorkshire. They we're delicious. They should be on the menu...
The food was great, but the service was missing during the time we were there.
Our server was amazing, it was always up to make sure that we needed everything and everything...
I just have to say that you bring a big appetite as the portions are huge.
