Bumped into this place, very Japanese like, walk through one door and order, pick up tray and take it to the counter to pay. Then bring tray back. This 1-point is for the staff, the brilliant customer service. Even sushi hub makes better maki roles than this, just a little disappointed. The Maki Rolls (pictured) showed how unrestricted you make Sushi, I did not expect you to use the pre-cut Sashimi, which is obviously for Nigiri, but it costs more than near outlets like Umi, Sushi Hotaru, Sushi Rio.
