Booking the venue was great organised and professional. Drink and food was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, the menue that was available on a Saturday was light bites sandwiches and jacket potatoes the selection was good. 90th birthday meal spoiled by one extremely rude member of staff. 15 of us plus toddler booked for great grandmother's birthday lunch. We phoned 3 times and visited in person to confirm the booking but this staff member treated us as an inconvenience when we arrived.
