The manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond for us. We were having 26 people for a family get together and he's the only Pizza Hut that would bother to take our order and deliver it. It was a $135 order and the Upper James store and the Caledonia store wouldn't deliver to us as we are out of their delivery zone. I talked further to the Ancaster store and we were out of there's too but he came through for us.... View all feedback.

Customer service is garbage. The guy at front was very rude. Worst experience. Not recommended.
