This was the worst experience at an OnRoute I've ever had. The service is so incredibly slow and inefficient. They don't make orders simultaneously to assist with the massive line ups. I waited 30 minutes for a steak wrap that was over sauced, wrapped terribly, causing a mess, and cold. Staff chat to eachother while their customers wait too long for food.
