What Javyy Bargari likes about Tim Hortons:
Bonnie has been doing great job in customer service as well as doing her job. She makes sure drink is stirred well and always has a smile. She deserves a higher position. Tim usually has long wait time about 15-20 min.They also turn off mobile order which really sucks as mobile order saves a lot of time for truck drivers.Hopefully reviews are read regularly by the management so they can work on their mobile order ser... What Daniela Cuzzucoli doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This was the worst experience at an OnRoute I've ever had. The service is so incredibly slow and inefficient. They don't make orders simultaneously to assist with the massive line ups. I waited 30 minutes for a steak wrap that was over sauced, wrapped terribly, causing a mess, and cold. Staff chat to eachother while their customers wait too long for food. I wish I could give less than 1 star. View all feedback.
