We were able to walk to Betty's from downtown, a short distance down King St. There is an outdoor patio, a restaurant area and a bar illuminated with coloured lights. We had excellent service from Beverly who took time to explain the menu. If you sit at a booth there are 2 beer taps right there at the table. We booked the back room for the day after wedding brunch. The staff was courteous and ready with refills of coffee. Unfortunately the main reason we booked was for the brunch poutine bar, having out of country guests who were excited to try Poutine.
