Loved this restaurant before but somehow (and they have not changed the chef apparently). Everything was a lot worse.My pork belly was so undercooked even though I asked the waiter before about the procedure.... he lied. The belly was gelatinous, unrendered...He replied: can you get ANY meat out of this?
