Had to wait for 45 minuets for my food, ended up having to ask for a refund from the manger Scott who was incredibly rude and told me there was nothing he could do so ended up leaving. On my way out my friend had his drink nocked over by another employe who was NOT willing to provide us with her name but (went to get a new drink) and then turned up with the same cup which had been on the floor.
