We were tired Camino walkers looking for an early dinner, and we stumbled across O Limaeiro. The service was excellent, and the food was great. Salad mista was large and just what we wanted. The roast chicken came with rice, a mountain of fries, and more lettuce and tomatoes. Local wine excellent, and just when we thought we couldn’t eat anymore, a wonderful pudding dessert arrived. We went to this restaurant after being offered a leaflet but after our meal, we were given a hand-written bill with extra charges. When we questioned what the extra charges were, the waiter said it was for food we had ordered, which wasn’t the case. He reluctantly took the charges off the bill. It’s so disappointing to find our willingness to try the restaurant rewarded with this behaviour. View all feedback.
