Cabalen has always been a favorite resto of ours! My family left California years ago and we finally were able to visit again recently and we made sure to stop by Cabalen. Food selection is great, always freshly cooked. Their sisig is a must try!! And of course their buko pie and caramel cake are the best!! And also the titas/manangs are accommodating and friendly! I went there because they were supposed to be an AYCE BUFFET. They are not. The prices seem a little on the high side but the food is okay.
