The Tonkatsu was perfect. It was crunchy, thick and juicy, with the perfect balance of fat and meat. The tonkatsu sauce brought the whole dish together. You know when you have a dish that just makes you smile with absolute content and brings nostaligic feelings because it's THAT good? This did it for me. The karaage was crunchy and juicy.
