"I used to like this place but lately feel it has gone downhill. The quality of the food is now very hit or miss (seared fish that tastes of lighter fluid recently) and last week they completely forgot my order (nothing complicated, just a bento box). I waited to see if it would eventually arrive but after my wife's orders had arrived and been eaten we decided it was too late and we would just leave. When we came to pay my order was on the bill! When I told them it had never arrived they of course removed it but frankly I think a place with more class would have waived the whole bill, not just the part we never received.Sadly, I have given them the benefit of the doubt too often and have given up on Ebisu. There are plenty of alternatives in the vicinity!"

"I was looking with my son for a place to eat, an unplanned dayentered this restaurant and order our usual Japanese meal- beef teriyaki. I believe what we got was the worst we have ever ate- the meat was under cooked in some parts, there was no flavor to anything. my son also ordered California roll and said this was OK. so I hope for this place that they can at least be proud of their sushi. the service was ok."
