I've been looking for a good banh mi in Victoria for months. Much to my surprise the best sandwich at the best price with the nicest service was in a FOOD COURT of all places. Pho Boy in the Mayfair Mall food court served up a delicious "Saigon Sub" on fresh, tasty bread with crispy veggies and flavourful chicken.
