Good lawd! I was sad and happy all at once eating The Purple Pig. Happy I was eating such a delicious and creative sandwich. Sad that I had to share it with my wife. And sad when I took my last bite because it was all gone. The Purple Taro bread was fun, creative and delicious. The Kalua pig was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly.
