Good lawd! I was sad and happy all at once eating The Purple Pig. Happy I was eating such a delicious and creative sandwich. Sad that I had to share it with my wife. And sad when I took my last bite because it was all gone. The Purple Taro bread was fun, creative and delicious. The Kalua pig was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this food truck! View all feedback.

Great food. Would highly recommend. 10/10 worth the drive from are resort. We got 4 different sandwiches and all of them tasted amazingly.

"Amazing Loco Moco and the pancakes are wonderful. They were out of coconut syrup. So sad! And they were out of caps. But it's not a clothing store. The food's amazing and hopefully when the supply chain thing works its way out they'll have coconut syrup on their menu again. It's a must taste."

"Our new go-to spot in Waimea! Hands down, the best falafel wrap I've ever had, esp. with the garlic sauce. The falafel is light and super flavorful and the veggies are fresh and crispy. Overall the perfect balance. And, the highlight was the garlic fries. We love garlic and they could not have had more flavor. Incredibly addictive! Highly recommend this amazing spot!"
