sapped' is by far the best sun they have created! the maple sweet and homemade shortbread cookies melt in their mouth...yum! when I know that the maple syrup came from the mcgill’s farm, everything was sweeter. many thanks to the fact that they only offer locally produced ingredients in their ice shop. it feels great to support my neighbours while enjoying their wonderful concoctions!
