sapped' is by far the best sun they have created! the maple sweet and homemade shortbread cookies melt in their mouth...yum! when I know that the maple syrup came from the mcgill’s farm, everything was sweeter. many thanks to the fact that they only offer locally produced ingredients in their ice shop. it feels great to support my neighbours while enjoying their wonderful concoctions! Was happy for warmer weather and to try someplace new. The staff was friendly but the ice cream was a total let down. Very gritty texture and the flavor was less then to be desired. View all feedback.
