I first heard of District Distilling while at the Metro Cooking Expo last year. They were one of the restaurants participating in the Taste of DC. We were so impressed with their sampling, we vowed to have dinner there the following year. We kept our promise and had an extraordinary dinner tonight. We will definitely be back.
